Council addresses animal shelter

Discussions involving an agreement between the city and county regarding the Mountain Home Animal Control Center resumed as the city council discussed the issue during a public meeting April 8.

The discussion among the coucil members involved a memorandum of agreement, or MOU, the council approved approximately six months ago that possibly led to a conflict between the city and county regarding these animal services.
