National Day of Prayer

May 2, 2024 - The national day of prayer hosted at the Elmore County Court House, was attended by multiple community leaders and citizens, young scout troops, as well as multiple Christian Church leaders.

Everyone was greeted by the Girl Scouts of Mountain Home. Pastor Andrew Bailey welcomed everyone and then the posting of the colors was done by Trail Life Troop 316, and American Heritage Girls 4301. Mayor Sykes addressed the public, followed by songs of worship. Then Sheriff Hollinshed and Officer Allen of the MHPD prayed for first responders.

The Pastors present were Pastor Andrew Bailey, Lead Pastor of the Rock Church. Pastor Patty Staats, Lead Pastor of the All In Church. Laura Schneider and Brad Carroll from The Rock Church. Lori Smith a local educator.
