Terry A Knox, born on June 5, 1957, in Caldwell, Idaho, passed away on April 27, 2024 in Boise, Idaho, with her family by her side. Terry was the beloved daughter of JC and Thelma Cantrell and spent her formative years in Mountain Home, Idaho.

From a young age, Terry's passion for life was evident. She had a deep love for animals, particularly her prized horse, Old Buck, whom she cherished and rode throughout her life. Terry and Buck spent many afternoons riding and summers at the county fair together.

In 1976, Terry married Stan Winings, with whom she shared two daughters, Jessie and Jamie. Though life brought changes, Terry's commitment to her family remained unwavering.

In 1996 Terry married her true love Michael Knox and they welcomed their son Dale in 1997. Terry and Michael spent many wonderful years at their cabin in Featherville, and she loved to sit with her feet in the Feather River.

Terry found joy in her community, where she dedicated herself to her work at the Dental Center, to her role as a Street Walker, and volunteering at the Elk’s. Above all, Terry's greatest joy came from being a devoted mother to her children and a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, Layla, Jaxon, Libby, Taylor, and Jariah.

Terry will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Michael Knox, her children Jessie Jewett (Dustin), Jamie Markham (Scott), Dale Knox, and her grandchildren, Layla Jewett, Jaxon Markham, Libby Jewett, Taylor Jewett, Jariah Markham. She is also survived by father JC Cantrell, her sisters, Carla Miller (Robert) and Lorie Novinger (Todd). Terry was preceded in death by her best friend and brother, Kevin Cantrell, and her mother, Thelma Cantrell.

Terry's vibrant spirit, love for her family, and zest for life will forever be cherished and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
