Willie Steve Thompson

In loving memory of Willie Steve Thompson, born in Hamilton County, Texas on October 29, 1937, who peacefully passed away in Boise, Idaho on March 23, 2024, at the age of 86. He will forever be remembered as a devoted husband for 64 years to Barbara Deckard Thompson of Mountain Home, Idaho, and a cherished father to Deborah LaPlante, Steve Thompson, Jim Thompson, and Jerry Thompson. He was the son of J.B. Thompson and Mozelle Taber. Willie is survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren. He served his country with honor, dedicating 28 years to the United States Air Force before retiring at Mountain Home Air Force Base in 1986. A celebration of life ceremony will be announced at a later date.
