RMHS students celebrate National History Day

Students from Richard McKenna Charter High School celebrated National History Day in Idaho (NHD) with teacher Ms. Houdek.

NHD has been celebrated in Idaho for years and is year long oppurtunity for students to celebrate history by participating in any of the five historical categories of a paper, documentary, performance, exhibit, or a website. Local winners from all across the state are able to participate in Nationals. The RMHS placers are: Individual Exhibit - 4th Place MacKenzie DeVall. Group Exhibit - 4th Place Maddi Beauchamp and Kenneth Lancaster, 3rd Place Will Blewett, and Nathan Kiel. Individual Website - Tobias (Haylie) Pelletier 1st Place. Group Website - Adysen and Draven Erickson. Senior Paper - 1st Place Tallon Brothers, - 2nd Place Jordan Alvarez.
