New Year, same courage and mission

As we start a new year we would like to re-Introduce ourself!

Elmore County Domestic Violence Council was established in 1989, with a vision to provide every victim and survivor a safe and reliable place to turn for help, validation and refuge. With Elmore County being a rural community, as well as being surrounded by other rural communities, our organizations resources are crucial for the area.

In February of 2018 plans for a safe house for woman and children fleeing domestic violence, SA, stalking and human trafficking, began. In November of 2019 the doors to Evans Harmony House were officially open and another crucial resource reached not only our community but many of the surrounding communities as well.
