In response to Mr. Hoffman’s letter of December 20th we thought we would provide some corrections and additional information. All of the District 8 legislators have responded to Mr. Hoffman’s query via email or phone without exception. It is unfortunate that Idaho politics seems to be following the national trend of character assassination and unfounded claims. Rather than unproductive name calling and misrepresentation, we want to welcome any and all discussions with the residents of Boise, Custer, Elmore and Valley counties that will help us make Idaho better than ever.
