MHHS and TLK Dairy Host Boise Valley District FFA’s Dairy Cattle Evaluation and Milk Quality Contest

On October 4, 2023, Mountain Home High School Hosted Boise Valley District’s FFA Milk Quality contest. This contest requires students to identify cheese varieties, fat content, milk quality and flavor, and dairy and non-dairy products. Students also have to take a written test on their milk production and marketing knowledge. After Milk Quality all the chapter attending traveled to TLK Dairy where they hosted our Dairy Cattle Evaluation Contest.
