Local artist wins BIG!

On Saturday, August 5th, Corey Grubb and several other independent artists represented by Emanent Music participated in the ISSA (International Singer Songwriter Association, Inc.) Independent Music Awards.

Grubb found out in April that he had been nominated and that he was a finalist in May.

Corey and his wife Alisha traveled to Atlanta, Georgia where Corey was able to get a lot of work done in the studio in anticipation of getting out some new songs.

At the awards ceremony on Saturday it was announced that Corey James Grubb, of Mountain Home won ISSA Male Emerging Gold Artist of the Year.

“I am overwhelmed with all of the love, support and congratulations! stated Grubb.
