Idaho Capital for a Day

On the morning of Friday, February 17, Governor Brad Little and a number of Idaho State officials gathered at the American Legion Post in Bruneau to meet with residents of Owyhee County and designate Bruneau as Idaho’s “Capital for a Day”.

The event took place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with an intermission in which state officials, the governor, and all those in attendance were treated to lunch, courtesy of the American Legion Post.

Residents from across Owyhee County and Elmore County attended the event, meeting and asking questions of Gov. Little and the state officials.
