New Laws in 2023

With the new year came the transition of bills into Idaho State law. Following this transition, we have compiled some of the most important additions to our state’s legislature.

Senate Bill 1298 will require that automatic subscriptions for services such as digital apps, gym memberships, online game subscriptions, subscriptions to streaming services, and more, provide avenues for cancellation as simple as the avenues for signing up for these services.
