Letter to the Editor - Be aware of Pedestrians

I am new to living downtown and I love it. We have some of the cutest boutiques and walking distance to all businesses, I was wondering why other seniors aren't walking in this great area or people in general. Well, if you walk along the side streets you would find them in such horrible condition, it's an accident waiting to happen on some intersections, it is dangerous as drivers and Mountain Home are not aware of pedestrians. Mountain Home is short changing pedestrians and not making sure it was safe to walk and cross a busy intersection.
