Former MHPD Officer files notice of Tort Claim against department

The Mountain Home News has received the copy we requested of a Tort Claim filed against the City of Mountain Home Police Department by a former female officer. There is not a date on which it was filed on the claim but it was filed on her behalf by a PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) in Boise Id

The Tort Claim addresses March of 2021 – October 21, 2022 as the date of the incident at the MHPD, for “emotional distress, harassment and retaliation”.
