Looking ahead to the 2023 Legislative Session

As I close out my first term as Governor, I have taken time to reflect on where we've been and are going. 

When I picture the course of our state over the past four years, a certain image comes to mind of a ship at sea. That ship was smooth sailing in 2019, plugging along when an unpredictable storm came out of nowhere. That storm threatened to sink our ship and force us to lose sight of our destination.
