City Council Agenda Brief - 07.11.22

At the regular scheduled meeting on Monday July 11, the City Council Meeting was called to order.

Mayor Sykes recognized Commissioner Nancy Brletic for her service on the City Planning and Zoning Commission.

On the Consent Agenda listed for approval were the minutes for the Special City Council - June 16, 2022; Special City Council - June 21, 2022; Airport Advisory Committee - June 21, 2022; Planning & Zoning Commission - June 21, 2022 and the Regular City Council – June 27, 2022; bills listed from 6/27/2022 to 7/11/2022 in the amount of $325,899.89 and Payroll for the period ending 5/22/2022 to 6/21/2022 in the amount of $671,223.15.

Also for approval was the Water Department's request to not accept Blue Sky Construction, LLC's bid for the College Park water main replacement project and to approve the Street Department's request to go out for bid for the reconstruction of East Jackson Street.

OLD BUSINESS included deliberation and/or decision on the Legislative Action continued from May 9th and June 27, 2022 on the suggested definitions for Multi-Family developments.
