Harold Henderson

After many years of devoted service to God, his family and his country, Harold Henderson has passed on to the heavenly realm. Harold was born in Lima, Ohio and grew up in small communities around northwest Ohio. Harold graduated from The Defiance College and Vanderbilt Seminary and served as both a civilian pastor and Air Force chaplain in over 16 locations.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Sally (Shepherd), daughter Anne Patrice Burgess (Ken), and children Bradley and Kelly of Boise, ID. He also leaves two sons in Colorado Springs and their families: Royce Henderson and sons Justin, Ryan and Tyler (Ali) and Martin Henderson (Susan) and children, Ingrid (Joel) and Luke (Sydney) as well as 8 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life for Harold Henderson will be held on June 4, 2022 at 11:00AM at The First Congregational Church (UCC), 515 E 15th N, Mountain Home, Idaho. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The First Congregational Church (UCC), P.O. Box 659, Mountain Home, ID 83647-0659.
