Mountain Home High School Students earn FFA Awards

(L-R)Izaak Krohn is a sophomore at MHHS and was awarded $500 by the Idaho Cattle Foundation to invest in his current Supervised Agricultural Experience of raising and selling market beef at the Elmore County Fair. MHHS alumni Katie Corder was awarded the Idaho FFA Foundation Dairy West Scholarship for the second year. This award is worth $2,000 and will help her further her education at Utah State where she is majoring in Animal and Dairy Science with a Minor in Agribusiness. Katie graduated in 2021. MHHS senior Drew Cotton was awarded the Idaho FFA Foundation Scholarship Raffle recipient. He has earned $1,000. This will help further his education at the University of Idaho in the fall. Drew will study in the College of Natural Resources.
