Addressing bullying Behavior

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.

According to the Idaho Internet Crimes against Children, before you take action, find out what happened, Be sure the problem you are addressing is bullying. There are other behaviors that look like bullying but require different approaches. There are six steps to help recognize and take action when kids are engaging in bullying behavior.
