Recreation Foundation names new Executive Director

The Recreation Foundation of Elmore County, Inc. (RFEC) has named Shawn Bailey as its Executive Director.

In his new role, Shawn will be responsible for securing donations to support the construction and ongoing programs at the new indoor aquatic center.

Shawn and his family relocated to Elmore County in 2019 and enjoys being part of the community.
