On October 19, 2021, a wonderful mom, grandmother, sister and friend finished her life's journey. Pamela Ann (Waters) Bromley, 70, of Mtn. Home, passed away peacefully at home with her daughters Jennifer and Tracy and son in law Adrian by her side.

Pam was born on August 21, 1951, in Boise, ID, to Lloyd and Vivian (Riedner) Waters. She was the first of 8 children. She grew up and attended schools in Mtn. Home, ID. Graduating from MHHS in 1969.

Pam met and married Alfred Carpentier Sr. on May 5, 1969. Upon Pam's graduation, the couple moved to Hawaii for a short time while Al finished his time in the Navy. The couple then came back to Mtn. Home and made their home. They had 2 children from this marriage, Jennifer and Jami. The couple divorced in 1973. Pam then met and married James Bishop. They had 1 child, Tracy. They later divorced. She then met and married Christopher Bourbeau and the couple made their home in Cody, Wy. After her divorce, she then moved back to Casper and met Theodore Nulden Jr.. They then moved to Eagle, Id and upon moving to Idaho they were then common law married. She divorced him in 1992. Pam then met and married the love of her life, David Bromley on January 23, 1995. They stayed married until David's passing in February 2008.

Pam worked at the Mtn. Home News growing up, as her parents owned the paper back then. She also worked for the Chamber of Commerce. When Pam moved to Wyoming she worked for Check Rite, and the Casper Star Tribune. When she moved back to Idaho she worked for ABC Stamp for 18 years until her "retirement". After her retirement she worked for her brother Wayne at his tax office and then later for Sue Morris at Smart Business Matters until just before her passing.

But her favorite "job" of all was being mom, oma (gramma froggy), and friend. Which included all kinds of cooking and baking. From her famous cabbage rolls to tamales, cookies, breads, fudge and canning. Mom's biscuits n gravy will be sorely missed. She loved to celebrate holidays, any holiday and even some she made up. When Dave would be ready to head out to go turkey hunting, she threw turkey parties, complete with baby turkeys.

Mom was the kind of person who if you were in need would give you the shirt off her back. Her favorite movies were Practical Magic and Pay It Forward and that she did as often as she could. She realized that people deserve a second chance too. So she gave lots of people who would have otherwise been ignored a second chance. And the biggest thing that she taught us was to never give up. Especially where our kids and grandkids were concerned. For that we are thankful.

Pam is survived by her daughters, Jennifer and Adrian Barker, Jami and Brander Castle and Tracy and David Wise, her sisters, Marla Kessel, Julia Humphreys and Lorraine Kunze. She had 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 on the way, many many nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband David Bromley, her parents, Lloyd and Vivian Waters, siblings Wayne Waters, Howard Waters, Coleen Swenson and Martin Waters.

A family rosary will be held at her home and a funeral will be held on Friday December 3, 2021 at 11 am at the Our Lady Of Good Council Catholic Church
