Neil ”Newt” Lloyd Sherman

Neil ”Newt” Lloyd Sherman, age 59, of Mountain Home passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. Neil was born on April 19, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio to David and Margaret Sherman. He later moved to Mountain Home where he graduated from Mountain Home High School class of 1980. Go Tigers!

Among many defining traits, Neil will be remembered for his sense of humor. In death, as in life, he left us with a joke. What do you call a deer with no eyes? A no eye deer!

Neil is survived by his sister Sheryl Button and fiancé Susie Swenson. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.

Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
