Pride To Me

This June the National Guard Bureau reached out to members of the Air National Guard to ask service members if they would be willing to submit a small questionnaire with a picture to be included on their website for the month of Pride. The questionnaire was short, where do you serve, what do you do, but most importantly-what the observance of Pride Month meant to you. Never have I been asked that very simple, yet complex question, so I sat down, and a few key memories immediately surfaced.
