Brush fire behind bakery

On March 9, 2020 at approximately 5:10 a.m. Mountain Home Fire, Mountain Home Police and Elmore County Ambulance were dispatched to the alley behind La Flor Bakery located at the corner of Airbase Road and South 3rd West in Mountain Home for a fire report. When emergency responders arrived, it was discovered an adult male subject had been severely burned from the fire. It appears from the investigation that the male subject was living in a make shift camp in a field behind La Flor Bakery. It is believed at this time that the fire was accidental but police and fire investigators are still conducting an investigation. Investigators are looking for an unknown female with purple hair that may have visited the male around 8 PM. The female is not considered a suspect.
