Senior Ag Fabrication Students Certify

MHHS Seniors receive their welding certifications

Mrs. Vines-Bideganeta’s Senior Agriculture Fabrication Class at the Mountain Home High School was able to participate in the American Welding Society Gas Metal Arc Welding Sheet Metal Certifications on December 14th, 2019. The sixteen students had diligently been working hard and practicing for months. There were four different positions the students could test in; horizontal, flat, overhead, and vertical. ALL sixteen students were certified in one or more weld positions. These students included, Elizabeth Bearden, Connor Berry, Ashley Clark, Ryan Clifford, Caelin Coggins, Jacob Dodge, Shaleah Lasuen, Dallin Lee, Calloway Maggard, Kamryn Orr, Matilynn Pierson, Kegan Reynolds, Dylan Runyan, Samuel Shearman, Westen Smith, and Jacqueline Araujo. Many of these students are part of the Mountain Home FFA and compete in the local FFA welding competitions.
