An Amber Alert was issued following the abduction, but did not release any information on where she was found or if she was injured at that time.

Bertonia (Toni) Mcfadden was taken from a home on East Jackson Street around 2:15 a.m. June 30th.

Police later reported that the suspect was 24 -year old Erick J. Miramontes Anaya and that he was in police custody.
