MHSD recommends increase in school meals

The Mountain Home School Board held their monthly meeting on May 21st.The meeting started with the Pledge of Allegiance in Sign Language led by members of the Stephenson Elementary School Sign Language Club. Stephenson Elementary Sign Language Club made a connection with the school for the Deaf and Blind and had two home schooled students join the schools club to better their sign skills. The mother of the home schooled students stated, “Without this club my daughters would not be able to communicate with each other, and it was a privilege to be able to bring them to the class.” . The children raved about how much they enjoyed the program.
