The Mountain Home High School wrestling team is a small, but formidable group of student athletes.

The team is sitting at 9-20 in Duals this year, but that has more to do with the size of the team than the talent of the group. Since the team is so small, they do not have a full lineup which causes them to forfeit several weight classes each week.

During January, the team has had to deal with losing members to sickness and injuries as well.

Head coach Patrick Starkey is hopeful they will be able to get some of the athletes healed soon to take as many bodies as possible to the district and state competitions.
