County continues to meet with Cat Creek Energy LLC representatives

Elmore County Commissioners held a public hearing on Dec. 22 to discuss the development agreement between the county and Cat Creek Energy LLC (CCE).

The meeting began with a motion by county attorney Buzz Grant to carry the hearing to another date.

The reason for the motion was because Grant did not feel that the county had sufficient information during the Dec. 1 meeting when the date of the hearing was set.
