Arguments surface again at WECRD meeting

The June 28 Western Elmore County Recreation District once again dissolved into argument before moving into executive session.

Meeting attendees raised questions as to why there is no public comment or questions allowed during the official public meetings.

"This is not a public debate; it's a public meeting for you to observe," board president Art Nelson said as he unsuccessfully attempted to shut down the audience.
