Report: State water supply remains well above average

al rain in recent weeks gave the state a needed boost to its water supply, according to a report released this month by the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

In its third water supply outlook report for the 2017 water year, the agency reported that high precipitation in Idaho's mountain snowpack was up to five times the normal amounts reported this time of year.
