WECRD considering plans for all-inclusive playground

An all-inclusive playground area at Carl Miller Park became the center of focus as the Western Elmore County Recreation District board met Jan. 18.

The public hearing began with a presentation by Susie Colthorp, who serves as the city's grant writer and Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator.
