Rezone agreement approved

The Elmore County Planning and Zoning Commission approved a development agreement Nov. 30 that could lead to the creation of a new industrial zone in Mountain Home.

During a public hearing, the commission voted in favor of plans to rezone an existing parcel of land geared for agricultural use to a light industrial zone.
