Ricky Troy Rockwell, born Feb. 22, 1949, passed away peacefully in his home in Boise, Idaho, at the end of October. There will be a celebration of life, potluck and service on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at 3 p.m. Guests are asked to please refrain from bringing their pets to the celebration.
