Spooktacular Winners

Mountain Home News publisher Brenda Fincher presents a basket of goodies to Dr. Philip Damiani and Eric Hope after they were one of two winners recognized during the newspaper's annual 'Spooktacular' contest. Their home at 1430 Northeast Urwin St. included animated zombies in their yard in addition to haunted videos playing in their upstairs and downstairs windows during the evening hours along with another display in their garage.

The newspaper publisher poses for a photo with Brenda Ellis, Sue Monasterio and Mike McCain from the city's building department after they won honors for the best interior display. The winners were based on votes from the local public, who were invited to cast their choices on the newspaper's web site.
