That is when he met and fell in love with his wife, Janice L. Andrews. They were married on July 14, 1991. Poor Bill had no idea what he was in for when he acquired five step-children (smile).

Bill will be missed greatly by his family and numerous friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister and nephew. He commented days before his passing that he was, "going to see Mama."

He is survived by his wife, Janice Foster; sister (and brother in law), Kathy and Gerald Hilty; brother, Robert Foster (and wife) of Brooklyn, N.Y.; five step children; nine step grandchildren; five nieces; 14 great nieces and nephews and four great great nieces and nephews.
