Report: Local home market showing signs of recovery

Following the housing market collapse seven years ago, the demand for homes in the local area is showing signs of recovery.

According to information provided by the Elmore County Board of Realtors last week, the average price of a single-family home increased by roughly $25,000 compared to the same costs reported in 2014.
