Fireworks, music to headline city's July 4th holiday

The Air National Guard Band of the West Coast, based out of the Channel Islands Air National Guard Station in California, will showcase the Latin rhythm as well as classic rock 'n' roll when its ensembles perform at this year's Fourth of July celebration in Mountain Home.

An Air Force band ensemble and one of southern Idaho's largest fireworks shows will highlight Mountain Home's Independence Day celebration July 4.

Hosted annually by the El-Whyee Business Association, the Fourth of July Festival in the Park begins at 10 a.m. in Carl Miller Park.
