Hacker students graduate from D.A.R.E. program

Following weeks of lessons focused on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse and the risks associated with using tobacco, sixth grade students from Hacker Middle School completed their participation in the program Thursday afternoon.

The graduation ceremony recognized nearly 300 students that participated in the local Drug Abuse Resistance Education, or D.A.R.E., program.
