OMG the town's infrastructure has a difficult time with the current houses, there are many vacant subdivisions already and vacant houses. What are they thinking? More houses will drive the already low value of our homes down even farther. Thanks again P&Z for not having any common sense.

  • Driven by greed. Wells all over the place are going dry because there is not enough water. Property values (as Old Guy stated) are in the tank. Empty homes all over the place that are trashy. We need more homes built like we need the WECRD to start construction. One really has to wonder what the powers that be are thinking.

  • Heck at the rate this school district is being ran, the kids that may move into these house's won't have a school to attend. The empty, trashy schools can join the empty, trashy house's. What a joke. I agree with the other comments on this article.

  • There was and always has been shifty fifty leaders here in town dont let them tell you different. Live in new subdivision and every other two every 3rd house is empty. Ware is money from WECRD been forced to pay into that bad idea for 15 yrs now. Who is filling their pockets from that? How come side street's are falling apart?? Why are so many old business are leaving town for the last 10 yrs? Why build houses when you cant fill the ones you all ready have?? You get taxed twice as much for cabin in Pine then you do for house in town. they want to tax your RV or trailer if more than one on you own property up there 1,000.00 fine. Come on what's the greedy up right citizen's working for us think there trying to pull now?? They sit around a little private meeting and have every thing planned out and what their going to say at the meeting's before they hold unannounced public meeting's, during the week while folk's have to work and can't attend. Sneaky freaky public servants. Only for their own pocket's. They have blocked off camping sites in Pine and Featherville with large rocks so you are forced to pay to camp on land you already pay taxes for. Sick bunch for thinker's here. It start's local and goes all the way too the top. We need to stand up and change this, if it isn't already too late. Just a thought.
