Concerts in the Park series begins July 11

Bill Coffey will open this year's free concerts in the park series in Carl Miller Park.

The first of the free summer concerts in Carl Miller Park will feature Bill Coffey on Friday, July 11, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Bill Coffey has spent most of the past two decades living and playing music in his adopted hometown of Boise. Both as a solo artist and in various groups, he is described by organizers of the concert as a "high-energy, roots-rock and retro-country singer, songwriter and guitar player."
