Benjamin Lee Heck, 34, of Hansen, Idaho, left this world May 13, 2014, to join our Lord and Savior. He was greeted by many loving family members and friends upon his arrival.

Ben was born Nov. 6, 1979, to Barry Lee Heck and Shannon Heck Wasko in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Ben was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, grandson and many other roles to many people.

Ben attended school in Kimberly, Idaho.

Ben is survived by two beautiful children, Tayson Heck and Jessenica Heck, and a beautiful wife and love of his life, Richelle Roberts Heck. Ben is also survived by his father, Barry Lee Heck and wife Lila Heck of Jerome, Idaho, his mother, Shannon Wasko and husband Tony Wasko of Kimberly, Idaho, his sister, Emily Cooper, along with her three children of Boise, Idaho, his younger brother, Samuel Wasko, of Kimberly, Idaho, his sister, Lizzie Heck, of Pocatello, Idaho, his maternal grandmother, Alice Briggs, of Twin Falls, Idaho, and his paternal grandmother, Janet Heck of Jerome, Idaho. Ben also is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Richelle's family, Steve and Doris Roberts of Mountain Home, their children, and extended family were a huge, wonderful part of Ben's life and family circle.

Ben was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lawrence Heck (paternal), grandfather Wayne Steele (paternal), grandmother Eileen Steele (paternal), grandfather, Benjamin Lee Briggs (maternal) and his niece, Kendall Cooper.

Family meant the world to Ben.

Ben was always there if you needed something done or just wanted to go fishing.

Ben was a master at laying stone, tile, brick and cement work. Ben was employed by Del Milam and Son's at the time of his death.

Ben was known to most people affectionately as "Bean."

Ben had a sense of humor that never stopped. Most of the time Ben would have us laughing until we had tears running down our faces.

Ben was an avid hunter and fisherman. He knew this whole area like the back of his hand and was always ready to go fishing, hunting or camping, and spending time with his wife and children whenever he had a moment.

Words cannot begin to describe how much Ben will be missed by anyone who was lucky enough to have known and been loved by him. Our hearts are breaking, but I know there is special place in Heaven for Ben. We love you forever.
