Utah couple die in I-84 wreck Saturday

A Utah couple died in a single-vehicle crash Saturday morning on I-84 between Hammett and Mountain Home.

The couple was westbound on I-85 at approximately 8:48 a.m. when their Buick four-door sedan went off the roadway into the median. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle overturned in the median.

Although both were wearing seat belts, the couple died of their injuries at the scene.

The female driver was 66. Her male passenger was 68.
