City offers fall clean-up help

Thursday, November 4, 2010

The City of Mountain Home would like to assist its citizens with leaf raking and snow shoveling this fall and winter.

Persons who are senior citizens or disabled and need help with their property should call city's Code Enforcement Officer Kelly Janis at 580-2091. She has developed a list of volunteers willing to help.

"We would ask that the property owner provide the lawn bags," Janis said. "These services will be free of charge. Please remember that all of these groups are volunteering their time and effort to help other citizens."

Anyone who would like to volunteer to help should call Kelly Janis at the number listed above.
