JV Tigers boost season record

The Mountain Home High School boys junior varsity soccer team began its season with a 4-0-2 record.

The Tigers first game was at home against Bishop Kelly. They defeated the Knights 2-0.

Sergio Eulalio and Robby Pack scored the two goals.

Tomas Guillan and Jack Richellieu, the goalies, had a total of four saves.

The next game was away in Emmett, the Tigers prevailing 4-0.

Eduardo Dominggues, Robby Pack, Fernando Martinez, and Juan Sanchez each made a goal.

The Tigers then defeated Skyview 1-0. The winning goal was made by Fernando Martinez. Goalies, Tomas Guillan and Jack Richellieu had two saves.

The Tigers played Columbia and tied 1-1. Goalie Gavin Guillan had four saves.

The boys traveled to Middleton next and left with a tie, 4-4.

Robby Pack, Sterling Crain, Fernando Martinez, and Alex Mostaccero scored goals. Tomas Guillan and Jack Richellieu saved a total of six goals.

They played Kuna at the Tiger field and stayed undefeated, 5-0.

Goals were scored by Virillio Aruajo, two by Robby Pack, and two by Fernando Martinez.

The Tigers next home game is Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 4:30 p.m.
