Public meeting to discuss future military land use

The Idaho Department of Commerce is inviting the public to attend meetings in their area to provide final comment on a study impacting land surrounding two military complexes in southern Idaho.

The meeting on Tuesday, June 29, covering the Mountain Home AFB/Mountain Home Range Complex, will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Mountain Home Council Chambers, 160 S. 3rd East St.

Landowners and their representatives, environmental groups, businesses, the Tribal Government and residents of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation, and any other area residents are encouraged to attend.
