Mayor urges yes vote on levy

Dear editor:

I would like to encourage everyone to get out and vote May 27 in favor of the levy for Mountain Home School District.

The school district has already taken unprecedented steps to reduce costs and this levy is the only plausible solution to the financial crisis they are facing.

Certainly, one of our important responsibilities is to assure a quality education for our children.

I hope all eligible voters will cast a "yes" vote for this very critical levy. It is a vote not only for the present but also for the future of our education system.
