Reward offered for local arsons

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a series of arson fires at port-a-potties in the city parks.

Five of the city's port-a-potties have been torched since Feb. 3, when the first incident was reported at Richard Aguirre Park.
