Small brushfire quickly put out

Rural fire crews quickly put out the small brushfire Thursday.

Sparks from a cutting torch being used by a resident on NE Doris Drive north of Mountain Home triggered a small brush fire Thursday after noon.

The fire, which was reported at roughly 3:30 p.m., was quickly extinguished by the fire crews that responded.
