Magistrate Court

Kenneth Kellough, 46, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (2/25/06 case--failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Kellough was fined $150 plus $72.50 in court costs.

Kellough was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (2/25/06 case). Kellough was fined $50.

George Louis Moore III, 30, was found guilty for an amended charge of forgery (12/4/05 case--petit theft). Moore was found guilty for 180 days in jail (150 days suspended, one day credited, remainder of time concurrent with any other jail) and fined $200 plus $72.50 in court costs and $137.70 in restitution.

Melissa L. Huntington, 28, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (7/14/07 case--failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Huntington was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $200 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Huntington was found guilty for contempt of court and sentenced to two days in jail.

Luis A. Campos, 19, pleaded guilty for the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (8/11/07 case). The case was withheld.

Campos was found guilty for contempt of court (3/21/08 case). Campos was sentenced to five days in jail (three days suspended, two days credited).

Muhamed Kamberovic, 41, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving (11/22/07 case). Kamberovic was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 days suspended), placed on 12 months probation and fined $300 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Efren Martinez, 20, was found guilty for vicious dogs (12/8/07 case). Martinez was fined $100 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Martinez had a contempt of court charge dismissed.

Martinez was found guilty for no dog tags (5/16/08 case). Martinez was fined $68.

Martinez was found guilty for constant disturbing sounds of any animal (5/16/08 case). Martinez was fined $68.

Michael J. Brown, 19, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (12/19/07 case--failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Brown was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Brown had a charge of possessing a mutilated, altered, or revoked drivers license (12/19/07 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Anthony S. Maynard, 21, was found guilty for an amended charge of the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (12/22/07 case). Maynard had his drivers license suspended for 90 days, placed on one year probation and fined $1,000 ($750 suspended) plus $175.50 in court costs.

Maynard was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (12/22/07 case). Maynard was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $75.

William S. Cooke, 25, was found guilty for driving under the influence (1/10/08 case). Cooke was sentenced to 60 days in jail (55 days suspended, 5 days credited), placed on one year probation, had his drivers license suspended for 180 days and fined $1,000 ($400 suspended) plus $90.50 in court costs.

Cooke had a charge of driving without privileges (1/10/08 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Casey D. Anderson, 27, was found guilty for motor carrier-disqualified driver (2/25/08 case). Anderson was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Anderson had a charge of failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (2/25/08 case) dismissed on a motion made by the prosecutor.

Amanda C. Leech, 21, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (4/6/08 case--amended to failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Leech was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Michael A. Richardson, 43, was found guilty for reckless driving (4/13/08 case). Richardson was sentenced to four days in jail (one day credited), placed on one year probation and fined $500 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Margarita Rodriguez, (age unknown), was found guilty for a dog causing a nuisance (3/16/08 case). Rodriguez was fined $25 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Gregg Turner, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/2/08 case). Turner was ordered to pay $99.50 in court costs.

Turner was found guilty for failure to appear for a misdemeanor citation (5/2/08 case).

Jason R. Jones, 27, was found guilty for inattentive/careless driving (5/8/08 case). Jones was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $300 ($150 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jason W. Braithwaite, 37, was found guilty for the parking of a non-licensed vehicle (5/9/08 case). Braithwaite was fined $50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Elias B. Ibarra, 20, was found guilty for an amended charge of driving without privileges (5/10/08 case--failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license). Ibarra was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jacob Carter, 16, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/8/08 case). Carter was fined $118.50 plus $77.50 in court costs.

Mindy L. Holland, 19, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/12/08 case). Holland was fined $68.50 plus $78.50 in court costs.

Jennifer E. Tinnon, 15, was found guilty for the possession, consumption and the purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor (5/10/08 case). Tinnon had her drivers license suspended for 90 days and ordered to pay $75.50 in court costs.

Dorothy Simmons, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/15/08 case). Simmons was ordered to pay $93.50 in court costs.

Jonathan A. Glenn, 15, was found guilty for the possession, distribution and the use of tobacco by a minor (5/15/08 case). Glenn was ordered to pay $93.50 in court costs.

David D. Van Etten, 19, was found guilty for the failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/19/08 case). Van Etten was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Jose B. M. Sanchez, 18, was found guilty for an amended charge of reckless driving (5/12/08 case--inattentive/careless driving). Sanchez was sentenced to 10 days in jail (10 days suspended), placed on one year probation and fined $300 ($150 suspended) plus $75.50 in court costs.

Diana F. Loader, 23, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/19/08 case). Loader was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Victor Vergard Contreras, 28, was found guilty for failure to purchase and holding an invalid drivers license (5/24/08). Contreras was sentenced to five days in jail (four days credited).

Tyler J. Heimann, 21, was found guilty for reckless driving (5/17/08). Heimann was fined $150 plus $75.50 in court costs.

Daniel M. Shumpert, 17, was found guilty for a violation of his drivers or commercial drivers license (5/25/08). Shumpert was fined $68.50 plus $75.50 in court costs.
