Snow wreaks havoc on roadways

Winter driving conditions have deteriorated in the Treasure Valley, with significant snowfall and icy conditions. The Idaho State Police are encouraging motorists to exercise caution as they travel today as winter driving conditions persist and will likely continue into the evening.
